What is your Online Sales return policy?
Goods may be returned for credit or refund, providing the goods are in
their original packaging, unused and in new condition within 2 weeks (14 days). You
will still be responsible for the freight charges.
We will pay return freight costs
provided:
(a) the goods supplied were not what you ordered.
(b) you contact us for return authorization.
(c) you follow our return instructions.
(d) In the original packaging, unused, and in new condition.
For orders Placed Online but picked up instore we do not offer change of mind refunds.
What is your warranty policy?
All goods supplied by us are guaranteed by ourselves and the manufacturer of
the goods.Warranty periods vary according to product. Warranty claims in most
instances will be handled by the manufacturers agents in the customers home
state. Warranties only apply to goods supplied within Australia
How are goods freighted/shipped?
All orders are wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive complete and in sound condition. We use Toll IPEC as our primary transport company.
As such we request that at the delivery address provided there will be someone available during business hours to sign for the goods.
We also ask that PO Boxes are not supplied for delivery addresses.
Item availability?
We make all atempts to keep stock availability as updated as possible.
However sometimes we do run out of stock, in these cases we will contact you ASAP and notify you of the expected delay.
In the case of out of stocks you have the choice of a refund or to wait for stock to become available again.
When an item is marked as Available it does not mean that all stores have this item on hand.
When can I expect to receive the goods? - (within Australia)
Orders are generally sent within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Should there be a delay in
supply, you will be notified. Transit time will vary depending on your location in Australia anywhere from 1 to 10 business days. If you are in our capped shipping areas transit time is generally 1 to 4 business days. If you are unsure or require items in a certain timeframe please contact us.
What is your Privacy Policy?
All of your details provided for the purpose of an order or enquiry, are kept confidential and are only used by us for the
processing and delivery of your order or where required to by Law.
We do not use email advertising and all correspondence will be initiated by you, either through the placement of an order or via contacting us for further information.
To ensure your purchases online
are secure we use 128 Bit SSL Encryption. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is a
security protocol that provides privacy while sending and receiving
information over the internet. This is one of the safest methods of
ordering online.
How does the ordering process work?
Once your order is made, by filling your cart and filling out the order form,
you will be contacted by email to quote the final cost of
the order and provide you with payment options. If your order is within our capped
shipping area, freight will be $9.95 and you will be able to pay straight away.

Payments can be made directly to our account with Suncorp Metway Bank. Account details
will be supplied to those requiring the deposit details.

The law governing the Terms and Conditions of the program is that of the State of Queensland, irrespective of where the Club Member has applied, accessed or utilised any facet of the program. Any action, legal or otherwise, relating to any matter or thing in connection with these Terms and Conditions, unless instigated by Tentworld, must be instituted only in the appropriate court or tribunal of Queensland.
